How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 business day, and delivery within the UAE typically takes 1-3 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order is shipped.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, provided items are unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached. Final sale items are non-returnable. Refunds for defective products are processed as a replacement or a full refund, while non-defective returns will receive store credit. Contact us at hello@nudemental.com to initiate a return.

Do you ship internationally?

We're currently shipping within the UAE. And very soon to the rest of the world, stay tuned!

We accept secure online payments via major credit and debit cards (Visa and MasterCard), Apple Pay, and soon Google Pay. For any payment-related questions, please contact us.

When will be my product shipped?

Orders are processed within 1 business day. If your order is placed after 2:00 PM (UAE time), it will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
